3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Digital products or downloadable items once accessed or downloaded.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items) unless they arrive damaged or spoiled.

  • For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
